This is ideal when you require additional staffing to join your team on a long-term basis. Our fee is based on a percentage of the employee’s annual salary. We stand behind our service by offering a full replacement guarantee up to 3 months after the candidate is hired.
Temp to Perm
This method provides a “trial” period for both the client and employee. There is always an option to buy out the employee’s contract at anytime. Our employee works for a pre-determined period while on our payroll and may then be hired by your company as a full-time employee without any added fees. Our cost is based on the employee’s wage and includes all government source deductions, ie: WSIB, EHT, CPP, EI.
Very similar to a “Temp to Perm,” except there is no set time period. The employee realizes that the assignment is open-ended prior to commencement. A short-term temporary assignment could be a result of peak periods, seasonal, sick/vacation leave, or any other situation requiring additional staff for an undetermined period. This assignment could be for as little as 4 hours, or go on for months, as long as our client requires.
This provides an agreement between the client and candidate for an exact time frame of the assignment. This method is usually best for maternity leaves.
