The first – and most crucial – step in the hiring process is getting to know your staffing needs. Our recruiters will discuss who is your ideal, qualified candidate? What does he/she possess as far as qualifications, experience and skill sets? What are you willing to invest in the right person?
From relationship building with existing employees and database candidates, to referrals through networking, and our external search process with various online advertising tools. IMPACT STAFFING will go above and beyond in their efforts to find the right candidate.
Our screening process is quite extensive. With computer performance testing and assessments, the recruiters at IMPACT STAFFING go to great lengths during the interview to get to know the candidates not only as job seekers, but who they are as a person, and how they will represent us as an employee.
Based on the “Wish List,” only resumes of those candidates who meet the job requirements and skill sets are submitted to the client for review. The client will then conduct interviews in their own office or at IMPACT STAFFING’s office to make their selection.
