Recruiting Process

Our efforts begin with obtaining the qualifications, personality traits, work experience, and area of expertise our clients require and end with a presentation of a select group of well-matched candidates. It is not our policy to inundate Hiring Managers with resumes, hoping quality will override quantity. We never send a resume out without first calling the candidate to clarify interest, compatibility, and availability.

Following are the various hiring options available:

PERM HIRE

  • Based on your specific criteria, we recruit, screen and test potential candidates to be hired directly by your company.
  • This eliminates expensive advertising and time-consuming screening on your part
  • Our fee is based on a percentage of the employee's annual salary and we stand behind our service by offering a full replacement guarantee up to 3 months after a permanent hire.

 

TEMP TO HIRE

  • Temp to Hire method helps ensure employee/client compatibility
  • Our employee works for your company for a pre-determined period on our payroll and may then be hired by your company as a full time employee without any added fees
  • Our fee is always quoted prior to employee's start date
  • The fee is based on the employee's wage and includes all government source deductions
  • Early Buy-out of contract is always available

TEMPORARY STAFFING

  • This is very similar to the Temp to Hire except there is no set time period agreed upon at the outset
  • This method could be for as little as 4 hours, or as long as our client requires
  • The employee realizes that the assignment is open ended
