Once your resume is received by IMPACT STAFFING, the process will consist of:

An IMPACT STAFFING recruiter will review your resume and call you either for discussion of your resume or to arrange an interview in our office.

Your interview will consist of a meeting with the recruiter, along with testing for assessment of your skills and abilities.

We ask that you supply 2 previous work related references who will be called by an IMPACT STAFFING recruiter.

 

Once this is completed, you are entered into our database and are now ready to be considered for new job orders.

We will always call you to discuss a position and provide details such as wage, job description, type of business and general location.

We provide you with accurate and realistic information about the position, so you will never find yourself wondering if you went to the wrong interview!
